Kluid reserves the right to refuse to publish, modify or delete any bid request, bid or other transmitted information in any part of its website. Kluid may exercise this right without any advance notice to the individual or a group submitting the bid or bid request. Kluid will try that every transaction proceeds smoothly and to the mutual satisfaction of the parties involved. However, If irresolvable dispute arises as a result of a transaction, all the parties involved agree to hold Kluid completely harmless and not liable in any way for said dispute. Kluid try to facilitate financial transactions using the model that partially relies on good faith of the participants. Group or individuals who post bid requests or bids that go against this purpose will have their postings deleted and their kluid accounts terminated. This includes, but is not limited to, bid requests asking for 'pro-bono' work, work in exchange for a commission/percentage of sales of a product, or a swap for non-cash compensation. It also includes bids where the bidder offers to do the work or provide a solution 'pro-bono'. Once terminated Kluid may not be able to reinstate your old account.
