I am presently working on data Visualization using Self-organising map. I have the program that train and test the data and i am able to show results in U-matrix form. I need to show it in P-matrix and U*-Matrix, but i have no function to do this. Can anyone help with these two function please. I am using iris data for training and some micro array data. I am using matlab 7.0 to implement this.
